Summary

Government Operations Consultant I - 64080978

This is a full-time, in-office position only. Your specific responsibilities include analyzing, developing, and assisting in the preparation of administrative guidelines, internal procedures, and practices of administration functions within the bureau such as purchasing, encumbrances, state purchasing card, communication service accounts, asset management/inventory control, state-issued cellular phones/CPVBS, and MFMP user accounts. This position will support the Bureau of Communicable Diseases Office, Operations and Performance Management, TB, STD, Viral Hepatitis Outbreak Response Section (VHORS), and the HIV/AIDS Sections.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include compiling, organizing, and analyzing data, utilizing problem-solving techniques, understanding and applying rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, prioritizing workload, developing various reports, and using FLAIR, MFMP, WORKS, FACTS, and the Financial Information System.

Qualifications include experience in contract management and preferred experience using My Florida Market Place (MFMP) and Florida Certified Contract Manager (FCCM).
