Project Senior Consultant, Government & Public Services StrategyOur Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions. Work you'll do As a Project Senior Consultant, on the Government & Public Services Strategy team, you will be responsible for supporting AI-enabled transformation initiatives and helping clients translate emerging technologies into practical business applications.Responsibilities include:Support the development of client deliverables related to artificial intelligence, generative artificial intelligence, product strategy, and technology-enabled transformationGather, document, and refine business and functional requirements to inform new features, enhancements, and client-facing solutionsSupport project execution activities, including Scrum ceremonies, workstream coordination, status tracking, and backlog management using JiraTranslate artificial intelligence concepts, governance considerations, and strategic insights into clear, actionable guidance for client stakeholdersCreate presentations, analyses, and other work products that support executive-level communications, decision-making, and overall engagement deliveryA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersQualifications Required:Bachelor's degree3+ years of professional experience with artificial intelligenceActive Secret security clearanceAbility to work onsite in Washington DC 3 days per weekAbility to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $107,700 to $179,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
