Shift Dispatcher Dispatchers- We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shift Dispatcher to support our overnight operations. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth transition between shifts, supporting drivers, and maintaining accurate records throughout the night.Primary Responsibilities:Assist shift team with completing paperworkMove RDS stores to the correct driver numbersIssue keys to drivers and track distributionFinalize outstanding stores in RDSClose pickups when paperwork is received (physically or via email)Call drivers who exceed their recommended start timeNotify stores of driver delays or late departuresUpdate driver names on gate passesAdd or remove stores from drivers in AS400Print front and back of BOLsIssue exception codes as neededComplete and send out shift recap reportWhat We're Looking For:Previous dispatch or logistics experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks overnightFamiliarity with AS400, PCS, TMS, RDS, and dispatch systems preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
