In this role, you will provide expert‑level strategic planning, policy analysis, and process improvement support to Marine Corps Logistics Plans (LP) leadership at The Pentagon. This position is contingent upon a contract award anticipated in September 2026.Contingent Upon AwardThis position is contingent upon award of the contract.Job TypeFull‑time/ExemptLocationPentagon with limited telework.Anticipated Start DateUpon contract award.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision (82% of employee's premium paid by company, 25% towards dependents)HSA / FSA Medical PlansPTOFlexible Work Environment and Encouraged Work/Life Balance401(k) with Company MatchObserves all federal holidaysProfessional Development/Tuition Reimbursement ProgramAnnual Career Development ProcessResponsibilitiesProvide expert strategic planning and policy analysis support to HQMC I&L LP Futures (LPOV) leadership on expeditionary logistics concepts and initiatives.Lead and facilitate strategic working groups, forums, and coordination efforts with joint and interagency stakeholders.Review, develop, and refine doctrine, policy, and strategic planning documents related to Marine Corps logistics transformation.Support wargaming events and exercises by developing scenarios, injects, and analytical products that inform logistics concept development.Prepare and deliver executive‑level briefings, reports, and decision papers for senior Marine Corps and joint leadership.Analyze emerging requirements and policy changes to assess impact on expeditionary logistics capabilities and capacity.Coordinate LP Futures efforts with Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC), TECOM, and other stakeholders.Support development and refinement of the Marine Corps Logistics Operating Concept and associated strategic documents.Provide analytical support for Force Design initiatives affecting logistics structure, processes, and capabilities.Track and report on strategic initiatives, milestones, and action items for LP leadership.Position RequirementsBachelor's Degree in a relevant field (logistics, business, military science, or related discipline).Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, logistics policy, or related military/DoD functions.Demonstrated experience supporting or working within HQMC I&L, Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC), or equivalent senior headquarters.Expert‑level knowledge of Marine Corps logistics concepts, doctrine, and organizational structures.Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.Strong written and oral communication skills with experience preparing products for senior military and civilian leaders.Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).Preferred Skills/ExperienceMaster's Degree in strategic studies, national security, logistics management, or related field.Active TS/SCI security clearance.Experience with Marine Corps Force Design, Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations (EABO), or logistics modernization initiatives.Familiarity with Joint Publication logistics doctrine and joint planning processes.PMP or equivalent program/project management certification.Experience supporting Marine Corps wargames, concept development, or operational planning events.Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification.KSA Integration is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
