This position requires you to display exceptional customer service and communication skills. As an Events Officer your duties are to administer bag checks, assist with maintaining crowd control, act as VIP escorts, as well as any other duties required by event coordinators and security team.As a Events Officer you will:Command a presence with the ability to guide and mentor security officers in a positive mannerEnforce Contract StandardsEnforce employment guidelinesAdministers site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards adhering to post ordersMaintain the ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficientlyRequired Qualifications:MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY TO ADHERE TO EVENTSMUST BE PROFESSIONAL AND WELL GROOMEDMUST HAVE IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLSMUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATIONMUST HAVE STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONMUST WRITE AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISHMULTILINGUAL A PLUSMUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARDCertification Requirements (All)Guard CardThis is a Temporary / Seasonal position 1st Shift , 2nd Shift , 3rd Shift , Weekends .#J-18808-Ljbffr
