Supply Chain Transformation SME (Contract)Contract (5 months 6 days)Published 3 days agoProgram ExecutionManufacturing supportCross - Functional CoordinationSupply Chain TransformationExecutive & Stakeholder ManagementCustomer is currently undertaking a large-scale Supply Chain Transformation Program focused on integrating multiple solutions and applications to create a unified ecosystem that aligns with business objectives, improves operational efficiency, and enables future scalability.The transformation is being led by a senior business leader who is looking for a strong Subject Matter Expert (SME) to act as a Shadow Leader and strategic partner throughout the program.This individual will play a critical role in supporting the transformation journey by assessing the current landscape, understanding existing challenges and opportunities, and helping shape both the strategic roadmap and execution plan.Key expectations for the role include:Understand the Toyota Landscape and Toyota nomenclatures, business levers in supply chain and operationsConduct a comprehensive assessment of the current supply chain application and process landscape.Understand business, operational, and technology challenges across the transformation scope.Partner closely with executive stakeholders and program leadership.Develop strategic recommendations aligned to business value realization.Define and drive the transformation roadmap, execution approach, and governance model.Coordinate across multiple workstreams, solution teams, and business stakeholders.Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to accelerate value delivery.Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to the transformation lead.Preferred profile:Deep expertise in Supply Chain Transformation programThis is an onsite role with location in Plano TX.Strong understanding of supply chain business processes, operations, and technology ecosystems.Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives involving multiple applications and platforms.Ability to engage effectively with senior executives and business leaders.Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and program execution skills.Experience in manufacturing and automotive industries is highly desirable.The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $64.72/hour - $101.13/hour.
