Come join our award-winning organization and work with some of the most talented and brightest minds in the GovCon industry.Location:Bethesda, MDSecurity Clearance:Active TS/SCI w/CI PolyResponsibilities:Portfolio Management Experience - Monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and their associated capabilities and ServicesStrategic Planning Experience support the evolution of the Sponsor strategic direction and prioritiesPerformance Management Experience to ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analyticsEnterprise Architecture Experience have a foundation knowledge of enterprise architecture and be able to communicate its relationship to the overall IT portfolioKeep abreast of the IC Portfolio of Information Technology (IT) Investments related strategies, business goals, objectives, performance targets, and associated IT enterprise architectureMake recommendations to aid sponsor decision‑making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issuesMake recommendations to keep strategy, performance, and architecture aligned accordingly Function as a liaison and lead discussion with IC program managers, DoD partners, and private sector companies on program capabilities and services delivery and requirements concernAssist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior‑level executivesCommunicate technical topics in a non‑technical manner to senior‑level audiencesMinimum Requirements:Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraphAssist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to the senior‑level executivesCommunicate technical topics in a non‑technical manner to senior‑level audiencesRequires a BA degree and 12 -15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience.Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skillsExpert knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management disciplineExpert knowledge of key performance indicatorsStrong analytical competence, problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills Provide audience‑appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skillsWork with seniors in diverse, fast‑paced, multi‑task environment managing competing prioritiesProduce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to take charge of a group and set strategic guidance for a team of SMEsAbility to track upcoming deliverables and ensure team assignments are adequate to ensure all work is delivered on timeAbility to ensure the customer is kept on track and aware of all upcoming deadlinesProactively prepare talking points and summaries to ensure the customers are well prepared for upcoming eventsFamiliarity with how the IC uses DataFamiliarity with Artificial IntelligenceAbout Xcelerate Solutions:Founded in 2009 and headquartered in McLean, VA, Xcelerate Solutions (www.xceleratesolutions.com) is one of America's fastest‑growing companies.
