If you have the required qualifications and are committed to providing exceptional service to our nation's veterans, we encourage you to apply today.ResponsibilitiesEducate veterans about their VA disability claims.Conduct research and gather information necessary to support a claim.Work with the VCC team to ensure timely and accurate guidance is provided to veterans.Review and analyze veterans' medical records, military service records, and other relevant documentation.Teach veterans and their families how to gather necessary information and provide updates on their claim status.Stay up-to-date on changes to VA regulations and policies that may affect veterans' claims.Collaborate with the VCC team to continuously improve processes and provide exceptional service to veterans and their families.Qualifications100% VA disability ratingBasic knowledge of the VA disability systemStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in using computer software and online toolsTime management capable of handling a flexible scheduleThis position offers 2 different compensation structures: base pay with commission or strictly commission only.
