Program Overview Under the framework of the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, Synergy ECP hosts active duty US military members for skilled employment training for up to the final 6 months of active duty obligated service.Experience firsthand what being a part of the Synergy ECP team is all about, while still receiving full pay and allowances from your military service.Receive real world job experience, training, and skills to get a head start on your transition from military service to civilian employment.
