Our work depends on a Procurement and Property Administrator joining our team to support and manage the responsibilities of the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects. Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. A procurement and property admin will make an impact by:Managing end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licensing, and services in accordance with acquisition policies and financial controlsCoordinating requirements gathering, sourcing, vendor engagement, quote analysis, and purchase package developmentTracking procurement requests from initiation through delivery, maintaining accurate status, funding, lead time, and risk recordsMaintaining inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle visibility in alignment with configuration baselines and technology refresh schedulesCollaborating with engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, program management, and finance teams to validate requirements and ensure technical accuracySupporting contract actions including renewals, warranty validation, license reconciliation, and vendor performance monitoringMaintaining procurement documentation such as purchase requests, approvals, bill of materials (BOMs), tracking logs, and compliance recordsIdentifying and implementing process improvements to streamline acquisition workflows and reduce delaysCoordinating procurement of hardware, software, and licensing that support patching, security remediation, and vulnerability managementValidating delivery of security relevant components (firmware, version specific hardware, secure configurations) to maintain compliance with system baselinesWhat you'll need to succeed:Strong knowledge of IT procurement, lifecycle management, acquisition workflows, and vendor coordinationExperience developing purchase packages, managing acquisition records, and tracking hardware/software ordersAbility to interpret technical requirements, collaborate across engineering and cyber teams, and ensure that procurements meet operational and security needsExcellent organization, documentation, communication, and cross-team coordination skillsAbility to support CONUS/OCONUS logistics for procurement, tracking, and delivery activitiesA bachelor's degree in an IT or engineering related field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree in an IT or engineering field, candidates may substitute with four (4) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines.
