Summary

Overall Assignment Description: This analyst provides hands‑on support throughout the acquisition lifecycle for specific programs. The role focuses on independently developing key acquisition documents, actively participating in program and acquisition meetings, and coordinating with various technical and functional teams to ensure procurement actions are timely and well supported. Work at this level involves independently performing the full range of assigned duties with minimal day‑to‑day instruction. Duties may include:Independently developing a full range of acquisition documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Market Research reports, and Justifications & Approvals (J&As).Assisting in the preparation of detailed Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) by gathering and analyzing historical cost data.Actively participating in program meetings, including training events, and Program Management Reviews, to capture and document acquisition‑related impacts.Coordinating with Infrastructure Service Providers (ISPs), engineering teams, and finance departments to ensure requirements are clearly defined and properly funded for contract actions.Providing independent review of acquisition‑related deliverables (e.g., transition plans, monthly status reports) for the government program manager.TS/SCI3-10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or Master's, compliant with GSA standards.Demonstrated experience in the full lifecycle of DoW or IC acquisitions.Proven experience developing a range of acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWS, etc.).Experience monitoring program cost, risk, schedule, and performance from an acquisition perspective.Experience in government Source Selection procedures, Task Order management, and processing Change Proposals.Experience with system engineering processes, particularly requirements analysis and decomposition.Salary Description $114,841 - $161,066#J-18808-Ljbffr
