Prepares doses for shipment, prepares cases, wipes doses, and loads and unloads containers in keeping with the prescribed safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT).Shift/ScheduleMonday - Friday 1:30am - 9:30amMust be willing to be flexible with above schedule to support a 24/7 businessWhat Pharmacy Services & Delivery Contributes To Cardinal HealthPharmacy Services & Delivery is responsible for the prompt and accurate delivery and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals or oncology pharmaceuticals to medical care providers in accordance with customer demand and requirements of the assigned route. Prepares doses for shipment, prepares cases, wipes doses, and loads and unloads containers in keeping with the prescribed safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT).ResponsibilitiesPackages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containersAssigns delivery routes to drivers and makes adjustments as neededPerforms quality control checks as trainedProcesses incoming packages for pharmacy usePerforms equipment checks for daily usePrepares and makes deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non-cdl)Uses a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information and navigationProcesses packages returned from customer locationsMaintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairsPerforms general facility cleaning and other duties as requiredQualifications2-4 years of experience, preferredHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
