Summary
Axyde Analytics is assembling a proposal team for U.S. Trade and Development Agency solicitation 1131PL26R0063, South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Services. This contingent, intermittent role is focused on South Asia airport sponsors, government stakeholders and implementation context.
Role responsibilities:
•Map sponsor, ministry, regulator, airport and other decision-maker roles.
•Test project concepts against institutional capacity, approvals, local constraints and stakeholder incentives.
•Support country-grounded scopes, engagement plans, risks and implementation pathways.
Evidence sought:
•Senior aviation or infrastructure work in South Asia.
•Direct experience with airport sponsors, ministries, regulators or public-sector counterparts.
•Ability to document country-specific institutional and implementation risks.
Engagement: Fully remote and intermittent during a potential four-year contract, subject to award and written assignment authorization. Limited international travel may be requested for particular assignments and would be discussed and confirmed separately.
Applicants should be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents and able to work in the United States. Selection, award, hours and travel are contingent.
