Inter-Con employs over 25,000 security officer personnel world-wide, trained and managed by a team of professionals with unsurpassed military, law enforcement, and security experience.Inter-Con is Everywhere Security Matters.Responsibilities:Work to support supervisor and the Client to ensure mission successEnsure that efforts are aligned and supporting the Client core values ??and strategic objectivesPrimarily support the Executive Protection Team by managing daily tasks in the Operations CenterOversee executive protection operations through monitoring and escalation of eventsBe responsible for communication, resource management, maintaining technologies, and monitoring daily operations for multiple concurrent eventsObserve, report, and intervene as appropriate by using a wide range of tools and technologiesOperate Security Operation CenterMonitor live/recorded video feedManage phone/radio communicationsMonitor alarm systemsDispatch/direct agents during emergency situationsInitiate/respond with verbal and digital communications to Executive officesCoordinate with local Police, EMS, Fire and Executive protection unitsContribute to the improvement and sustainment of Operations Center infrastructureTrack multiple agents and executives globally, and assist with operational and informational reach backMonitor environmental factors that may influence the safety of personnel and/or business continuityUse analytical tools to consolidate and analyze information then produce report outs to provide insight to the agents in the fieldManage risk situations, to include directing others and interfacing with potentially hostile and/or disturbed individualsCoordinate with other providers, vendors, and personnel to support facility maintenance of executive spacesCoordinate first-responder emergency assistance to designated executivesBe involved in routine problem solving and taskingParticipate in training activities as requiredParticipate in team meetings as requiredAdhere to the Client policies and proceduresEffectively work/communicate with othersMaintain reliable transportationMaintain good credit standingAbility to obtain a valid first aid/CPR/AED certificateSafeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential informationProvide daily updates/accountability for business travel for Executive and EP AgentsMaintain log of activities executed by the team and for future planningEnsure dissemination of information across the teamPerform audits of key systems and equipmentQualifications:Strong interpersonal skillsExceptional integrity, character, and trustworthiness.Ability to operate in a dynamic working environmentBachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experienceExperience and understanding of corporate cultureFamiliarity with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check on a recurring basis, and maintain good credit standingAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights or weekends as requiredMaintain reliable transportationPossess a valid driver's license
