Senior ConsultantThe client are recruiting for a Senior Consultant who will support the critical functions for Open Source Intelligence in the Intelligence Community.ResponsibilitiesElicit and manage requirements from stakeholdersTrack and set requirementsConduct requirements verification and validationDevelop and use metrics for activities and processesSupport technical writing of requirements and deliverablesSupport development of requirements specificationsDevelop, implement and use requirements processesOversee requirement change control and change notificationDevelop Use Cases with customer and userEvaluate requirements riskProvide training on requirements processesRequired QualificationsSignificant experience writing software functional requirementsDemonstrated experience supporting directorate-level front office personnel.Demonstrated ability to research desired capabilities to ensure technical and functional requirements capture the complete user needDemonstrated consulting experience.Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #AvantusClearedJobsThe status of applicable COVID-19 vaccination requirements under Executive Order 14042 are subject to change depending on applicable court orders and the course of ongoing litigation.
