If you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performanceGather the raw content and material from which the course(s) will be built.Determine what testing is appropriate to ensure students demonstrate required proficiency.What You BringActive TS/SCI with a MD polygraphExperience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired.Four (4) years experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed/maintained.Experience shall be in at least one of the following areas:CNO operational dutiesDevelopment of related trainingInstruction of related trainingMentoring/technical leadership in related content areas.Certifications in areas relevant to the training content areas are desired.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting a DOD programAgile, cloud, or modernization experienceBackground in process improvement or analytical servicesCompensation & BenefitsThe projected salary range for this position is $90,000-$91,200, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
