There's no one like you and that's why there's nowhere like RSM.As a member of our CIM group, working specifically with Federal Credits and Incentives (FCI) you will be responsible for the following job duties which are focused around two core concepts: your technical and quality expertise and delivering excellent client serviceExamples of the candidate's responsibilities include: Assist with tax planning and research, as it relates to the Research and Development (R&D) credit, and other federal credits and incentives.Assist in implementing multiple projects simultaneously, which include client interviews, computations, analysis, data gathering, and coordination of resourcesAssist with drafting opinion letters and writing other technical memorandaDevelop an understanding of client's businessHelp drive the success of multiple R&D, or federal credits engagementsMaintain competency through continuing education and obtaining additional professional certificationsBasic Qualifications: 90 credit hours completedWorking towards B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited universityAccounting MajorTravel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locationsA minimum 3.0 GPA is preferredPreferred Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work effectively on a teamAbility to work and multitask in a fast-paced environmentAt RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
