This Key Personnel position supports the Course Curriculum Model Manager (CCMM) across the curriculum functional areas of Patrol Boat Operations/Tactical Communications and Expeditionary Security. The SME will assess MESF curricula compliance with OPNAVINST 1500.75, NECCINST 1500.13, and NAVEDTRA M-142 guidelines, and provide recommendations to standardize training assessment and certification processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport the CCMM in managing curriculum functional areas for Patrol Boat Operations and Expeditionary Security.Assess and report compliance of all MESF Courses of Instruction (COIs) against NECC/NETC policy and higher-level directives.Provide actionable recommendations to improve training assessment standards and certification processes across all MESG ONE units.Deliver Learning Standards Compliance Reports annually or upon major curriculum revision.Participate in oral and written In-Progress Reviews; contribute to Monthly Status Reports and semi-annual Reports of Findings.Minimum QualificationsActive SECRET clearance at time of proposal submission.At least 15 years of Instructional Systems Design experience.At least 15 years of experience with NETC-compliant course and curriculum development.Designation as a Master Training Specialist (MTS).At least 3 years of recent practical MESF curriculum development experience (within the past 5 years).Bachelor's Degree required.Desired QualificationsMaster's Degree in an educational field of study.Fluency with civilian or governmental AI tools.Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 DOEContract: N0024426R3107 - MESG ONE Force Generation Professional Support ServicesPeriod of Performance: Base: 1 Sep 2026 - 31 Aug 2027, with four option yearsThe benefits of joining Team MORA Consultants LLC:Medical / Dental / VisionVoluntary Life / Spouse & Dependent VTL401k Retirement PlanVacation, Sick Pay & 11 Paid HolidaysMora Consultants LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.Equal Opportunity StatementMORA Consultants LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
