Summary
Inventory Control Specialist The Inventory Control Specialist accurately maintains data related to Eataly's inventory to ensure the integrity of inventory valuation across Eataly departments and locations. Reports to the Inventory Control Manager.Responsibilities:Updates the inventory database and associated databases (e.g. Point of Sale systems)Enters all physical invoices, returns and other inventory movements into inventory management softwareTakes proactive measures to prevent discrepancies and troubleshoots errors as directedAssists with inventory cycle counts as determined by the Inventory Control ManagerCreates new inventory items across all inventory and associated databases according to standard procedureLiaises between Finance Department leaders, vendor representatives and Store Managers to ensure the inventory management system remains up to datePerforms other duties as required or assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAssociates or Bachelor 's Degree preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work efficiently and with precision, especially with numbersAbility to effectively communicate to ensure accurate inventory reportingBenefits and Perks:Medical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with matchFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyReferral bonus programand more!Compensation: Pay range is set at $23 - $25 an hour.Eataly is an equal employment opportunity employer.
