Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe need someone with integrity who is honest, highly motivated, eager to learn and be useful, willing to work hard, and paying close attention to instruction and detail at all times. We have two positions open: One for someone new to the industry, and one for someone who already has skills in the Marine Industry and is ready to take it to the next level. We would prefer if you have some tools but it's not a deal breaker if you don't. This is not an easy job, so we need someone who isn't afraid to do what it takes to get the job done even even during the hottest months. You will be working side by side and learning from the area's leading Master Marine Refrigeration Technicians; the education and knowledge you will gain is invaluable and can't be replicated even through a traditional school. For this reason, we have a two year non-compete. We want someone who is serious about a career and looking for a “home”. ***We may consider moving to a 4 day work week in the future***DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform any and all tasks pertaining to the marine industry including but not limited to:Air conditioning SystemsRefrigeration SystemsPlumbing SystemsElectrical SystemsCustom FabricationsFiberglass RepairMaintenanceThis role requires a keen eye for detail, precision, cleanliness, and a strong commitment to craftsmanship and safety.#J-18808-Ljbffr
