2 Shifts available
Day Shift 6am to 2:30pm Wednesday - Sunday
Day Shift 6am to 2:30pm Monday - Friday
About the Role
As a Mission Intelligence Analyst, you'll serve as a critical human-in-the-loop for Knightscope's security operations, working alongside our autonomous hardware, software, and Knightscope Security Force (KSF) systems. You'll be responsible for verifying and responding to security alerts, investigating incidents as they arise, and helping ensure seamless 24/7 monitoring coverage for our clients. This is an onsite opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a career in physical security operations. Prior industry experience considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing consistent and constant alert and machine monitoring to provide excellent security and customer service resources for Knightscope clients
- Identifying and solving problems to improve the Mission Intelligence department
- Prepare Daily Security Activity Reports for monitoring periods
- Prepare and investigate incidents that occur during your shift
- Help maintain consistent response times and clearance rates
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to keep the fleet active.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in physical security, preferably in a Physical Security Operations Center environment
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
- Able to communicate clearly and work well both alone and with others
- Organized, curious, and willing to learn
- Computer and internet proficiency
- Flexibility and willingness to cover shifts when needed
- Experience with security, particularly in a CCTV or technology environment (preferred but not required)
- Background in customer service
- A strong desire to help build the future of security
- Attention to detail and sound judgment when responding to alerts
