Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRole Overview:Core Services Group is seeking a Mid-Level Operational Analyst, Technical Subject Matter Expert, and Anti-Submarine Warfare professional to provide expert Anti-Submarine Warfare analysis and technical support for naval combat systems development. Lead operational assessments and capability evaluations while supporting rapid capability development processes and technical documentation review.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments to support Anti-Submarine Warfare readiness and capability evaluations
• Provide Subject Matter Expert consultation on Naval Anti-Submarine Warfare suite operations and employment
• Support Strike Group, Fleet, and Major Training Command planning operations
• Lead Navy Combat Systems development initiatives and rapid capability development processes
• Review and collaborate on Navy technical documentation and system specifications
• Apply Shared Responsibility Model processes to Anti-Submarine Warfare systems development
• Create comprehensive operational analysis reports and recommendations
• Support tactical employment of Anti-Submarine Warfare weapon systems
Required Qualifications:
• Current SECRET Security Clearance and Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information eligible
• Minimum 10 years of military experience with a minimum of 8 years operating a Naval Anti-Submarine Warfare suite (such as SQQ-89(V
• Qualified and experienced in watch station with authority to employ Anti-Submarine Warfare Weapon Systems (Tactical Action Officer, Anti-Submarine Warfare Evaluator)
• Current Tactical Action Officer Qualification letter
• Strike Group, Fleet, or Major Training Command, Systems Testing Command, or similar military organization planning experience
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative assessment methods to support war-fighting readiness, capabilities, and capacity evaluations
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
• Experience in Navy Combat Systems development
• Experience in the Rapid Capability Development process
• Experience in review and collaboration on Navy technical documentation
• Understanding of the Shared Responsibility Model process
