Core Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior-Level professional to support the Naval
Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC)
. This position provides Fleet Advanced Tactics Training Support for the United States Navy's Information Warfare (IW) community to improve fleet lethality, tactical proficiency, and warfighting readiness.
The ideal candidate has broad experience with Navy Information Warfare (IW) systems, tactical operations, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and management leadership to a small contractor team, establish goals and plans to meet project objectives, interface with NIWDC customer to manage contract performance, cost, and schedule
Assist in the development, validation, standardization, and revision of IW concept of operations (CONOPS)/doctrine/TTP
Provide IW advanced training at the individual, unit, group, integrated, and joint levels
Support the assessment of IW training effectiveness in order to address capability and capacity gaps, and provide recommendations for systems, training, and process improvement
Prepare briefings, POAMs, white papers, and other documents required to support NIWDC
Required Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in one or more of the Fleet/Navy IW mission areas, including but not limited to EW, Cryptology, C2, Space Operations, and INTEL. At least ten (10) years of this experience must have been performed within the last 12 years.
