Summary
We are hiring a professional and detail-oriented Dispatcher Coordinator to support police officers and partner agencies with scheduling, communications, and administrative needs. This is a fully in-office role in Huntersville, NC with a strong team-focused environment and growth opportunities.
Schedule, Pay & Location:
- Onsite Huntersville, NC
- $20–$23/hour (temp-to-hire, 3–4 months)
- Second shift options: 3pm–11pm or 4pm–12am
- Schedules: Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday
Training:
- 3 weeks total (Week 1: 8am–5pm; then shift selection)
What You'll Do:
- Assist officers and agencies with scheduling and service coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and system tickets (moderate call volume)
- Complete accurate data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Communicate professionally via phone and email at all times
- Follow detailed guidelines (“run books”) for multiple agencies
