This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date of October 1, 2026. This is a full-time, CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI Level clearance.What You'll DoAs an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tactical Controllers (ITCs) you will have an opportunity to work at the operational center of ISR integration—dynamically directing multi-domain ISR assets, synchronizing intelligence collection, and supporting real-world operations in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. Unlike traditional ISR positions, this role emphasizes operational ISR Tactical Control rather than PED or imagery exploitation. This role falls under Intelligence Analyst within our compensation framework. This position reports to the Hiring Manager.Dynamically task, control, andoptimizemulti-domain ISR assets tomaintainpersistent situational awareness across complex operational environments.Execute cross cueing and dynamic re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on emerging Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and time sensitive targets.Assist with daily operations center reporting and process to include assisting with the development of operational summaries, story boards, images and video capturing.Present decision makers with findings, options, and recommendations through coordination and participation in cross-organizational engagements.What You'll BringRequired Qualifications:Education & Experience:Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.ITC course graduate (service agnostic).
