Armed Dispatch Security Officer We are seeking a reliable, professional Armed Dispatch Security Officer to support safety and security operations within an upscale country club community in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate is disciplined, attentive, and committed to providing high level security and exceptional customer service. This role involves monitoring security systems, coordinating officer response, managing emergency communications, and maintaining situational awareness across assigned sites. Exposure to various weather conditionsMajor Activities: Extended standing, walking, and sitting. Listening, observing, communicatingEnvironmental Exposure: Ability to perform duties in both indoor and outdoor settings. Must be capable of working in diverse weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain, for extended periods.Hazardous Conditions: Occasional exposure to high-stress situations, including responding to emergencies or physical disturbances.Stationary & Mobile Positions: Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing), walk for extended periods, traverse the property, or move between posts for the duration of an 8-hour shift, or as operationally required. Must be able to maintain constant alertness and professional posture throughout the assigned period.Patrol Requirements: Ability to continuously walk on various surfaces including pavement, grass, and uneven terrain while conducting interior and exterior rounds.Emergency Response: Must be able to react quickly to emergency situations, which may include running, climbing stairs, or navigating obstacles.Sensory Abilities: Must have the visual acuity to monitor CCTV and observe surroundings, and the auditory ability to respond to alarms and communicate via two-way radio or telephone.Physical Maneuverability: Frequent reaching; occasional squatting, kneeling, or stooping to inspect vehicles or property.Lifting & Strength: Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, push, or move up to 50 pounds.
