We are committed to cultivating a workplace—and a movement—where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to lead.What You'll DoAs Central Virginia Field Organizer, you will:Build deep, authentic relationships with community members, grasstops advocates, coalition partners, and local leadersConnect Virginia LCV supporters directly with elected officials through organizing, events, and advocacy opportunitiesPlan and execute impactful in-person and virtual events—including town halls, rallies, roundtables, and community gatheringsPartner closely with environmental justice leaders, grassroots groups, and progressive allies to align strategy and amplify impactHelp grow and activate our supporter base alongside Climate Action Virginia, our grassroots mobilization programServe as a trusted, relationship centered presence for Virginia LCV in Central VirginiaJump in where needed.
