Compensation $62 per hour (12 hour shifts- blended hourly rate $72.33/hr) Hours of Work Schedules are available for both Full-time and Part-Time employees Days : Monday through Sunday (seven days a week) Shifts : 12-hour shifts (day and night) Rotation : Rotating schedules may apply based on client needs Applicants must be flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays as required by operational demands. Requirements: Position Summary: The Residential Patrol Agent is responsible for providing high-level, concierge-style patrol services across San Francisco and surrounding areas. This role requires delivering efficient and timely responses to incidents while ensuring the safety and security of designated executives and their properties. Patrol Agents conduct mobile and on-foot patrols as dictated by the client's security needs. Agents will monitor for unsafe conditions, hazards, suspicious activity, or unauthorized individuals and report all incidents appropriately. All Agents must hold valid California BSIS security guard card in accordance with state regulations. Key Responsibilities Follow all established policies, procedures, and protocols related to assigned sites Make sound decisions within the scope of established guidelines Remain calm and effective under stressful conditions Conduct proactive patrols and drive-by security checks at designated properties Provide safe and professional transport as required for executives and their stakeholders Communicate and interact professionally with all stakeholders Respond to emergencies, including fire, medical, hazardous materials, or inclement weather Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality (NDA required) Conduct briefings, inventory, and equipment checks Document and report incidents to the client's Security Management Team or Operations Center Monitor and report on CCTV and access control systems Assist with emergency evacuations or incidents as directed Attend scheduled briefings and share relevant updates Coordinate with emergency services and law enforcement agencies as necessary Qualifications and Requirements Prior law enforcement, military, or high-level security experience (or equivalent) preferred Valid California Security Guard Card (must remain current) Current CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid certification (must remain current) Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening Excellent customer service and communication skills (soft skills) Valid Driver's License and clean driver history Proficient with technology, including security systems, CCTV, and reporting software Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform essential job functions, including writing reports and communicating with clients and management Must be dependable, professional, and maintain a positive attitude Ability to: Conduct foot patrol when required Climb stairs or ramps as needed Preferred Qualifications LEOSA Defensive/Evasive Driving certifications Prior experience working with executives Full-Time employees (working 30-hours or more on a weekly basis) are eligible for benefits including: Health Insurance Paid Vacation Time Paid Sick Time 401k Voluntary Dental, Accidental, and Critical Illness Coverage Group Life & AD&D Insurance Compensation details: 62-62 Hourly Wage PIaf22ced56ec0-25448-41527049aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
