Summary

Overview Manage and strengthen client relationships with key stakeholders and Partners, participating in client meetings, briefings, workshops, and providing proactive client reporting.Formulate immigration strategies for intricate matters and provide counsel and consultation to clients at middle and senior management levels.Serve as a business advisor with comprehensive immigration law knowledge, demonstrating a keen grasp of client industries and associated risks, and acquiring in-depth expertise in sector-specific issues to resolve client scenarios.Research complex technical immigration issues, formulate solutions, and complete appropriate documentation.Independently execute case preparation and filing, and develop strategies for complex matters.Directly or indirectly supervise Associates and other staff, providing mentoring, coaching, and performance management (prior team management experience strongly preferred).Lead continuous improvement processes, including seeking and implementing opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and standardization of processes, products, or services.Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities, explore new business initiatives, recognize growth avenues within existing client bases, and support Partners/senior team members on client proposals, pitches, practice area business plans, and RFPs.Ensure self and team follow firm protocols for file maintenance, record keeping, data quality in Connect and other firm technology, and documented firm standards and policy to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
