Our client, a leading organization in security and access management, is seeking a Card Access Specialist to join their team. As a Card Access Specialist, you will be part of the Security Operations supporting badge processing and physical access control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Card Access Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC (100% onsite per week)
Position type: 6+ months with extension
Pay rate $35 - $38/hr on W2
What's the Job?
Print employee access badges accurately and efficiently
Review badge requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with security standards
Validate employee and contractor badge information to ensure security integrity
Operate badge printing equipment and related systems with precision
Maintain badge production and inventory records to support daily operations
What's Needed?
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing badge requests
Experience with access control, badge management, or security operations
Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly
Basic proficiency with computer systems, spreadsheets, email, and office tools
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
