You will work closely with business partners to identify needs and prepare detailed analysis and derive actionable insights. This role will provide relevant data-driven insights that help the business make better decisions, address key challenges and concerns, and uncover new opportunities for growth. There will be an opportunity to grow your career as you collaborate with and present to senior and operational leaders across Varsity Spirit.WHAT YOU WILL DODevelop financial, strategic, pricing, forecasting, and operational modelsAnalyze large and/or complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunitiesTranslate analysis into clear recommendations and business actionsPartner directly with Sales, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and other functionsBuild dashboards and recurring reporting while continuously improving / automating themPresent findings to senior and operational leadersValidate data and maintain analytical quality/control standardsManage multiple projects and priorities independentlySupport ad hoc strategic analysis and executive decision‑makingQUALIFICATIONSKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesProficient to strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BIExcellent problem solving and analytical capabilitiesStrong communication and collaboration skillsDemonstrated attention to detail and time managementEnjoyment of continuous learning and personal development!Education, Certification and Experience3-5y years of advanced analytical experience required; preferably in areas such as consulting, analytics, or financeBachelor's Degree in business, economics, marketing, computer science, or related field requiredPhysical Demands and/or Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.This job operates in a professional office environment.
