(DEN) Full-Time Lead Cabin Appearance Agent#26-986AirportDEN DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTSalary Range / Hourly Rate$20.79Job DescriptionKey responsibilitiesRemove all trash from aircraft and clean and restock all lavatories and soiled magazinesClean aircraft floor, galley, all seats, seat back pockets, and tray tablesComplete Daily Equipment Checks and associated checklists, including security searchesUse personal protective equipment, including a face shield & hearing protectionManage the daily operation to ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughlyProvide direction, instruction and coaching to employees as neededWork closely with Dispatchers and Supervisors to ensure employee assignments are followed and completed correctlyEffectively communicate with all hub services agentsEnsure any injuries, incidents, accidents, and/or customer service issues are properly reported and processedMaintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, managers, airline employees, and airport authoritiesEnsure the operation functions in a safe, caring, dependable and efficient manner at all timesPerform other duties, as assignedQualifications and minimum requirementsMinimum of 18 years oldMust possess a valid state issued driver's licenseMust be able to read, write, and speak English fluentlyAbility to operate a computer/tablet to enter and retrieve dataMust be willing and able to perform a variety of physical activities including, bending, stooping, climbing, and working in tight spacesMust be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipmentMust be able to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tagsEligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal) per local requirementsLegally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipMust be able to work during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required based on operational needSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationsWhat we provideCompetitive wagesEarned Paid Time offDiscounted travel for you and your immediate familyUnited Ground Express is an equal opportunity employer.
