  • Partner closely with technical, security, and cloud teams to ensure solutions meet federal security and compliance standards.
  • Guide customers through change management, user adoption, and training in policy-driven environments.
  • Ensure delivery within approved scope, contract structure, and federally required documentation standards.
  • Identify risks related to process, compliance, or delivery and proactively drive mitigation strategies.

  • Understanding of federal acquisition and procurement processes (FAR/DFARS, IDIQs, BPAs, RFPs).
  • Demonstrated ability to design compliant workflows aligned with audit, data retention, and risk management requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with application configuration, functional design, and solution validation.
  • Ability to engage effectively with contracting officers, program managers, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience supporting implementations subject to audit, FOIA, or records management requirements.
  • Prior experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
