We've played a role in building some of America's most iconic landmarks and earned a reputation for doing it right—with performance, precision, and accountability.Job DescriptionMaintain gate access and ensure the gate shack is always covered during regular business hours. Maintains security by following procedures, and monitoring logbook. Alert the team via email anytime a crane enters or leaves the yard and submit daily reports summarizing the activity for the day. Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Walkaround, inspect and document every load leaving the yard to ensure the securing method complies with procedures, rules, and regulations. Communicate in a professional, organized, and clear manner to subcontractors and customer drivers.Additional DutiesKeep the working area in the gate office organized and clean. Other duties as requested or needed.Educational Requirements / QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently.
