This is a hands‑on, laboratory‑based position located in South San Francisco.Primary ResponsibilitiesExecute assays within the AO portfolio (ddPCR, ELISA, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, and others) per AO proceduresPrepare controls for assays and use JMP to set rangesComplete entry reports in Benchling following ALCOA+Support the AO team with development experiments, as neededParticipate in managing lab samples and consumablesAccurately document assay results and analyze dataAdditional duties as assignedMust-Have / RequiredRelevant Science or Engineering discipline with 0-2 years of biopharmaceutical industry experienceSuccessful in operating independently and as part of a teamBasic use of Excel functionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood documentation, data organization, and attention to detailMay Have / PreferredPrior experience with ELISA and/or ddPCRBasic understanding of statisticsPrior experience with JMPExperience in an ALCOA+ environmentPrior experience with Benchling or an equivalent electronic lab notebookPrior AAV gene therapy analytical assay experienceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
