This team member will assist in all aspects of CRM real estate acquisition, analysis, and investment. If you are looking to learn and grow with us, we are willing to invest in your long-term training.
Summary
The Acquisitions Specialist -
- Ensure achievement of territory sales objectives aligned with our company goals.
- Develop and implement sales plans through both strategic and tactical activities.
- Develop and manage a base of prospective sellers.
- Provide regular feedback on status of individual sales opportunities, the market and competitor activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory and account-specific sales plan.
- Maintain a CRM database for prospecting and pipeline management.
- Demonstrate the function and relevance of our company portfolio.
- Skillfully manage the sales process for acquisitions and complex contract negotiations.
- Effectively prospect and generate new customer leads.
- Develop and maintain strong customer networks and continuously work to expand the customer base through referrals and networking.
Key Attributes/Skills
- Ability to underwrite a deal.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Proficient in Teams, Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Must be a motivated, eager to learn and open-minded individual.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
Qualification
- Hunter-style sales approach with demonstrated track record in achieving plan, lead generation and prospecting.
- Demonstrated success with complex sales and within multi-layered customer decision making environment.
- Proven ability to closely collaborate with team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- Greater than 3 years of commercial sales experience.
