Summary

Military Operations Analyst LvL 3-4

The Contractor will provide independent and objective assistance to the Government. The Contractor may require access to third-party proprietary data or other sensitive data and information not generally or publicly available as part of their responsibilities to the Government. All personnel will be required to be covered by appropriate non-disclosure agreements (NDA). Safeguards will be implemented to prevent possible organizational conflicts of interest. Personnel or the Contractor will seek Government guidance if faced with any potential organizational conflicts of interest (OCI).

The contractor will need to have the following qualifications and experience detailed below:

Required:

  • US Citizenship and Possess Active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Must be comfortable with MS tools, (Excel, Power Point, Word) and in the use of these and other data analysis and visualization tools. E.g. Power BI.
  • Experience with POM/Budget analysis.
  • Excellent visualization, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills to stay on track in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and prioritize accordingly to create the desired outcome in the most efficient manner possible.
  • Experience with a wide range of tools, and willingness to adapt to new tools as needed.
  • Needs skills to analyze data in excel and then be able to visualize in power point the information gained from the analysis.

Desired:

  • Experience working with SOF.
