Job Description
Sports Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic individual ready to work as an Exercise Specialis t in a fast-paced physical therapy clinic. This position is responsible for daily patient care and takes direction from a physical therapist(s) by performing treatment-related exercise programs and patient-related tasks as needed.
Assist physical therapists with patient exercise programs and treatment‑related tasks
Provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming clinic experience
Support patients through their rehab exercises with clear instruction and encouragement
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment
Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and staff
Help ensure patient flow and efficiency throughout the day
Qualifications
Interest in or degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
Prior experience in a medical or fitness setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to patient safety
Ability to build rapport and motivate patients
