The Fairfax County Sheriff's Office is seeking qualified individuals who currently hold a valid Virginia DCJS Law Enforcement Certification to serve part-time in our Confinement Division on night shift.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 40 hours per pay period, consisting of five 8-hour shifts (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.), including every other weekend and two weekday shifts per pay cycle.
• Training: Selected candidates will attend a 4-week Deputy School (unless already Virginia DCJS certification in Civil, Court, and Jail operations), followed by our structured Field Training Program designed to ensure success and confidence on the job.
