Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Police Officer position is a community-focused professional who embraces a collaborative approach to law enforcement. Candidates will have a sense of service, dedication, and commitment to providing quality customer service. We are seeking individuals with strong ethics and a commitment to integrity. In addition to these attributes, the ideal candidate is a critical thinker, will communicate effectively, and will demonstrate sound judgement under pressure.
Minimum Qualifications: Sufficient education, training and/or work experience to demonstrate possession of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities which would typically be acquired through:
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- A combination of education or experience equivalent to two years of college preferred.
Salary Range:
- Police Officer Trainee: $124,300.80 Annually
- Police Officer Academy Graduate: $129,854.40 - $167,814.40 Annually
- Police Officer Lateral: $129,854.40 - $167,814.40 Annually
*Placement within this range is dependent upon the qualifications.
