Position Overview
Support the U.S. Government in identifying, integrating, assessing, prioritizing, and synchronizing intelligence capability requirements across warfighting functions and intelligence disciplines. Work with Army, Joint, and National Intelligence Community stakeholders to advance intelligence capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis & Exploitation Requirements Determination Support: Provide SMEs for capability development support to the government to identify, integrate, assess, prioritize and synchronize PED & analysis capability requirements and solutions across warfighting functions (WfF) and all intelligence layers (Foundation, Identity, Terrestrial, Aerial and Space). The contractor supports capabilities development associated with PED & Analysis across the DOTMLPF domains, supports material and training development elements, and support to National, Joint, and Army Intelligence Community.
- Multi-functional Requirements Determinations Support: Provide SMEs for Capability Development support to the government to identify, integrate, assess, prioritize and synchronize single-source discipline capability requirements and solutions across warfighting functions (WfF) and all intelligence layers (Foundation, Identity, Terrestrial, Aerial and Space). The contractor supports capabilities development associated with single-source disciplines across the DOTMLPF domains, supports material and training development elements, and support to National, Joint, and Army Intelligence Community.
- Provides SME support for Intelligence Support to Cyberspace Operations, Electronic Warfare (EW), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Human Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Measures and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Six (6) years of progressive experience in systems engineering, acquisition, lifecycle management, program analysis, requirements development, budget analysis, technical analysis, or related Government/military systems development.
Knowledge of Army operations, intelligence disciplines, collection management, automation systems, and intelligence communications.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and solve complex operational challenges.
TS/SCI Security Clearance
Physical Requirements
• Ability to walk two flights of stairs.
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required.
