Position Overview
International Motors is advancing a next-generation digital ecosystem powered by Palantir Foundry to strengthen data-driven decision-making, operational visibility, and commercial performance. We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing Analytics and Palantir Foundry to support the design, analysis, implementation, and adoption of scalable analytics solutions across pricing, commercial operations, and enterprise data platforms.
This role will serve as a key analytical and functional partner within a high-impact development organization, working closely with product, pricing, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into effective Palantir Foundry-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate pricing and commercial objectives into scalable Palantir Foundry solutions• Perform pricing analytics, data analysis, segmentation, performance measurement, and business impact assessments to support pricing strategy and commercial decision-making• Support the configuration, enhancement, testing, and deployment of applications, workflows, and analytical tools within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem• Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and UX teams to align solution design with business priorities, user needs, and operational goals• Contribute to large-scale implementation efforts, including process design, rollout planning, user validation, adoption support, and post-launch performance monitoring• Analyze data quality, business rules, process gaps, and operational dependencies to improve solution effectiveness and support sustainable adoption• Document business requirements, functional designs, test scenarios, user workflows, and implementation readiness materials• Support the use of Foundry capabilities, including data pipelines, ontology-driven applications, dashboards, Marketplace, OSDK, and AIP-enabled solutions where applicable• Provide analytical insight and structured recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of software engineer experience
At least 1 years of lead experience

Master's degree and at least 3 years of software engineer experience
At least 1 years of lead experience

At least 8 years of software engineer experience
At least 1 years of lead experience
Additional Requirements
Strong experience as a senior analyst, business analyst, pricing analyst, data analyst, or related role supporting enterprise technology or analytics initiatives
Hands-on experience working with Palantir Foundry, including analytical applications, data models, workflows, dashboards, ontology concepts, or platform-enabled business solutions
Demonstrated experience in pricing analytics, commercial analytics, revenue management, margin analysis, segmentation, or data-driven pricing decision support
Experience supporting or participating in large-scale technology, analytics, or business transformation implementations
Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, analytical models, implementation plans, and actionable recommendations
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineers, data teams, pricing leaders, business stakeholders, and end users
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity while maintaining ownership, structure, and attention to detail
Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
Experience supporting enterprise pricing platforms, commercial decision tools, dealer or customer analytics, or integrated business platforms
Familiarity with Palantir Marketplace, OSDK, AIP, LLM-enabled workflows, or advanced Foundry application development concepts
Background working with product teams, agile delivery models, implementation roadmaps, release planning, and user adoption activities
Experience preparing executive-ready documentation, business cases, implementation summaries, process flows, or analytical recommendations
