About the Executive Compensation Group:
Ranked Band 1 by Chambers USA, S&C's Executive Compensation Group has been a recognized industry leader for decades. Our advice encompasses corporate governance, securities, disclosure, tax and regulatory considerations, including the design and implementation of compensation arrangements that satisfy client objectives relating to transition and succession concerns, financial statement reporting, public disclosure, tax impacts on the company and the executive and regulatory considerations. The Group's deep experience with the issues faced by companies, compensation committees and management, combined with the Firm's multidisciplinary approach, enable our lawyers to serve as practical, business-oriented advisors on the full spectrum of compensation and employment matters and provide an unmatched combination of technical expertise and creative problem-solving.
