High school diploma or equivalent is required.Previous customer service or emergency dispatch experience is a plus.Experience and knowledge of the following though prior TOC / ITS work experience is a plus: Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) traffic systems control, incident management, automated communications networks and systems, and the techniques and strategies of traffic information management and dissemination.In-depth knowledge of the Riverside County roadway system.Ability to multi-task in fast pace situations.Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft office and the ability to learn new systems is required.Kapsch TrafficCom is an equal opportunity employer.
