Summary
Job Description
• Serve as primary liaison for local stakeholders, including businesses, residents, and community organizations for the New Palafox project
• Field questions, manage complaints, document interactions, and City personnel
• Develop and implement public information campaigns (flyers, emails, social media, newsletters) to keep stakeholders informed for citizens and business owners affected by construction
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate public engagement events, pop-up information stations, and on-site briefings to build trust and maintain transparency
• Collaborate with various groups to mitigate construction impacts and maintain access ensure presence of wayfinding signage and pedestrian guidance
• Monitor and report on community sentiment and outreach effectiveness
• Facilitate communication with archaeological consultant and cultural resource professionals
