Restoration TechnicianDo you enjoy helping others out during their time of need? We are looking for an energetic Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities. No experience is necessary and we will train you on the job to the high IICRC standards along with more in-depth training for those that want to increase their industry knowledge. If you hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team and looking to advance within your career then this is the place for you. Starting pay based upon experienceResponsibilities:Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructionsInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectMaintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentPrepare rooms/areas for work activitiesLeave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with customers, general manager and other techniciansQualifications:Ability to learn and apply knowledgeHold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your workEnjoy assisting people that are in needValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GEDIICRC certification is a plusExperience in cleaning/restorationRequirements:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryAbility to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
