(FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES)
Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and supporting revenue growth through proactive sales efforts. This position serves as a key liaison between customers, operations, and management to ensure exceptional customer service and successful sales execution.
Essential Functions
Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, referrals, and networking activities.Develop and maintain relationships with contractors.Prepare quotations and sales orders.Follow up on open quotes and sales leads to maximize conversion rates.Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM system.Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure successful project execution.Meet or exceed established sales targets and activity metrics.Assist in customer retention, and account growth initiatives.Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.Two years of fire protection industry experience preferred.Commercial Plumbing and Mechanical experience preferred.Valid drivers license preferred.Core Competencies
