Senior Program AnalystJoin the NASA CPSS II team at Marshall Space Flight Center as a Program Analyst supporting the SLS Program Office. This position is located in Huntsville AL.Your future duties and responsibilities:Support program management activities and provide expertise in cost estimating.Demonstrate proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM) and integrated resource and contract management.Develop and maintain project schedules and facilitate risk management processes.Prepare integrated reports, conduct scenario analysis, and assist in business plan development.Manage technical resources and support the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.Maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), perform financial analysis, and report performance metrics.Notify stakeholders of conflicts and actively participate in meetings.Implement tools for program control and develop risk and EVM plans.Provide support for Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) meetings and apply knowledge of Configuration and Data Management (CMDM) processes.Exhibit expertise in EVM policy, offer independent systems engineering support, and implement EVM integration.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:10+ years' experience supporting Federal contracting/commercial rolesExtensive experience in PP&C or related program control roles.Strong background in EVM, risk management, and cost estimating.Proven skills in resource management, contract administration, and scheduling.Ability to develop business plans, conduct scenario analysis, and provide integrated reporting.Familiarity with PPBE, WBS, financial analysis, and performance metrics reporting.Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities.Experience with tool implementation and process improvement.Knowledge of CMDM processes and EVM policy.Capability to support IBR meetings and provide independent systems engineering assistance.Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.Prior experience supporting NASA or other federal programs.Certification in EVM or program management.Demonstrated expertise in integrated EVM implementation and risk plan development.Compensation for this role in the U.S. is estimated to be $113,400.00 - $223,200.00.
