Job Posting

This is a temporary, 40+ hours/week position assisting with early voting at Columbia Heights City Hall. Required: Must be a USA citizen and an eligible voter in the State of Minnesota. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Must not be the spouse, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, sibling, or stepsibling of any election judge serving in the same precinct or of any candidate at that election. Must not be domiciled with any candidate on the ballot at that election. Must not be a candidate at that election. High school diploma/equivalent. Two years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite in a Windows environment and providing customer service. Anticipated dates of employment: 10/14/2026 - 11/18/2026. Hours are primarily 8:00 am - 4:45 pm, Monday-Friday, but will require evening work on Tuesday, 10/27/2026 and Tuesday, 11/03/2026, and weekend hours on Saturday, 10/24/2026; Saturday, 10/31/2026; and Sunday, 11/01/2026.
