Senior Exercise Specialist

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Exercise Specialist who is passionate about supporting healthy lifestyle habits to work at a high-profile company's fitness center located in Lake Nona, Orlando Florida.

What you will do:

• Perform Exercise Specialist responsibilities & provide high quality customer service
• Serve as Supervisor on Duty when the Site Leader or AGM is unavailable.
• Partner with the leaders and client contacts to develop and facilitate activities, events, and engagement initiatives.
• Create and implement recreational programming, group activities, team-building events, and tournaments.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies and equipment.
• Conduct wellness breaks and educational wellness activities for participants.
• Coordinate and support special event requests and activations.
• Maintain an active presence within the outdoor recreation areas during peak utilization periods to enhance customer service, hospitality, and participant engagement.
• Perform daily safety inspections of fields, equipment, and recreation spaces, identifying and addressing risk concerns.
• Collect, track, and report operational metrics through designated reporting system.
• Implement emergency action plans
• Gather participant feedback and provide reporting on participant experience and program

What we are looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology & a related field, or a NCCA-accredited personal training certification.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
• Industry knowledge in exercise testing (assessments) and exercise prescription (program design), and ability to operate various fitness tools and equipment.
• Ability to network, engage and interact with all clients, guests and members.
• Competence with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
